Creating a Hiring List or Project

Updated yesterday

Organize Multiple Jobs with Full Privacy

SupportFinity allows you to group multiple jobs under one List or Project, giving you better organization, collaboration, and complete privacy control.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Confidential hiring initiatives

  • Department-based hiring

  • Executive searches

  • Multi-role hiring campaigns

  • Special projects or seasonal hiring

What Is a List (Project)?

A List (or Project) is a container where you can:

  • Aggregate multiple jobs under one name

  • Control who can access those jobs

  • Keep hiring initiatives private and structured

  • Manage related roles in one centralized space

Instead of managing roles separately, you manage them together — securely.

How to Create a List (Project)

Creating a list is simple:

  1. Create a new job.

  2. SupportFinity automatically creates a default list name (for example: List 1, List 2, etc.).

  3. Hover over the list title.

  4. Rename it to any project or list name you prefer.

That’s it. Your project space is ready.

How to Add More Jobs to a List

To add additional jobs under the same list:

  1. Go to the list settings.

  2. Click the three dots (...).

  3. Select Add New Job.

  4. The new job will automatically appear under that list.

All jobs inside the list will now be grouped together under one project view.

Privacy & Access Control

One of the most powerful aspects of Lists is privacy control.

Each list or project can be visible only to specific assigned users.

This ensures:

  • Confidential roles stay confidential

  • Sensitive hiring projects remain restricted

  • Only authorized team members can access certain jobs

  • Full control over who sees what

No cross-visibility between unrelated hiring projects.

Why It Matters

When hiring scales, organization and privacy become critical.

With Lists & Projects in SupportFinity, you get:

  • Structured job grouping

  • Clean visibility across initiatives

  • Secure collaboration

  • Controlled access

  • Full ownership of each hiring process

SupportFinity gives you clarity and control — without adding complexity.
