Meeting Scheduling and Interview Features

SupportFinity allows you to schedule different types of meetings and interviews without using a separate calendar management tool.

You can schedule meetings in two ways:

Active Booking

Active booking allows you to send a specific meeting invitation to one or more applicants.

You can define the meeting date, time, location, and participants, then send the invitation directly to the selected candidates.

This option is useful when you already know when the meeting should take place.

Passive Booking

Passive booking allows candidates to choose a meeting time through a booking page.

You can create:

  • A public booking page connected to one of your calendars

  • A private booking page containing specific time slots for selected candidates

Candidates can review the available times and choose the option that works best for them.

Create Unlimited Booking Pages

SupportFinity allows you to create unlimited calendar and booking pages.

Each page can have its own:

  • Availability range

  • Working hours

  • Meeting duration

  • Available time slots

  • Calendar settings

  • Interview type

This gives you the flexibility to create different booking experiences for different roles, teams, or stages of the hiring process.

Private Booking Pages

You can create private booking pages that are available only to selected candidates or participants.

This is useful when you want to limit access to specific applicants, provide a controlled list of time slots, or schedule meetings for a particular hiring stage.

Team Interviews

You can add coworkers to a meeting when scheduling a panel or team interview.

SupportFinity checks the calendars of all participants and detects scheduling conflicts automatically. It then shows the available time slots that fall within each coworker’s working hours.

This makes it easier to coordinate interviews involving multiple team members without manually comparing calendars.

The articles below explain each scheduling and interview feature in more detail.
