Candidate Interview Self-Scheduling

For the 'Candidate Interview Self-Scheduling' feature, we've created a simple guide to help streamline the interview scheduling process and let candidates pick the best interviewing slot that fits the whole recruitment team schedule.

Step 1: Log in to your SupportFinity account

  • Begin by logging in to your SupportFinity company account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to job postings

  • Once logged in, navigate to the job posting for which you are conducting interviews.

Step 3: Access applicants' data

  • Click on the job post to access all the applicants' data. Here, you can review candidate profiles and select the ones you wish to schedule interviews with.

  • Click on the candidate's profile you wish to interview to proceed.

  • Click on "Actions" and choose "Schedule an interview". Click here for more.

Step 3: Candidate self-schedule link

  • Input the duration and date range. Candidates will be able to view available slots according to your (and your hiring team's) Google calendar or Microsoft calendar (depending on which one you're using), and they can then self-schedule according to their availability that matches your team's availability too.

  • In the screen shot above, 56 slots are available to offer for the candidates to choose from

  • Click on "View available slots" to view or edit all these slots.

  • You can edit the time slots either from "auto" and it will be automatically edited and synced with your calendar, or you can edit it from "Custom"

  • You can edit your time slots manually through "Custom", you can delete any time slot you are not available in. Or you can click on the time slot itself from the boxes on the left and it will de-select it for you.

  • You can also edit the "Meeting duration" according to your preference and the estimated time of the interview.

  • You can limit the days during which the candidates can book a time slot.

  • Buffer time between each interview can also be added to suit your preference.

  • Finally, you can remove or add your hiring team's schedule according to who is going to attend the interview.

Step 10: Schedule an interview

  • Once all details are entered, click on "Schedule Interview" to finalize the process.

  • Finally, the selected candidate will be promptly notified of your interview invitation.
