Chatting with candidates is an essential part of the recruitment process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to initiate a chat with a candidate through your company’s account.
Step 1: Log in to your company's account
Begin by logging in to your company's account using your credentials.
Step 2: View messages
If you want to review past communications with candidates or reply to messages, you can access your message history.
Simply locate the messages icon, usually located next to your profile on the dashboard, and click on it to view previous conversations.
Step 3: Select the candidate
Once you are redirected to view your messages, you can view all your present or past conversations.
Step 4: Start a conversation
You can select any candidate you wish to view or continue the conversation with.
you can also view your candidate's profile by clicking on the icon on the far right corner, as shown in the figure below.
Step 5: View the candidate's profile
Once you click on the icon to view your candidate's profile, a pop-up window will show on your screen.
You can view from there the CV or Resume of your candidate, their details as their skills, languages and others, and finally, the timeline of their application process all in one screen.
