How to Create Departments
Setting up your hierarchy is simple:
Go to Settings
Select Departments
Click Add New Department
Enter the department name
To create a sub-department, select the parent department and add a new one under it
You can create multiple layers of departments inside each other.
All departments are displayed in a tree view, making it easy to visualize your organizational structure.

Selecting a Department When Creating a Job
When opening a new job:
Simply select the department that is hiring
That department will be associated with the job
