Out-of-the-Box Pipelines

SupportFinity comes with three ready-made pipelines based on common hiring workflows used by most companies.

You can use them as-is or modify them to match your process.


How to Create or Customize a Pipeline

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Company Settings

  2. Click on Pipelines

  3. Select Add New Pipeline

  4. Add stages by clicking the + (plus) sign

  5. Name each stage according to your hiring process

You can fully customize:

  • Stage names

  • Order of stages

  • Number of stages

There are no rigid limitations.


Mapping Stages for Better Reporting

Each custom stage can be mapped to a general stage category.
