SupportFinity's feature "Find Salaries", a tool designed to offer in-depth insights into salary ranges for various job titles, fields, and years of experience. This powerful tool simplifies the process of exploring the compensation landscape and helps greatly with recruitment budgeting.

Step 1: Access the "Find Salaries" feature

  • Begin by accessing SupportFinity's platform using your company credentials. If you haven't registered yet, take a moment to create an account for a personalized experience for your hiring needs.

  • Navigate to the dashboard, where you'll find the "Find Salaries" option. Click on it to initiate the process.

Step 2: Select Job Title and Country

  • In the "Find Salaries" interface, you can search for jobs from a list of job titles.

  • Choose the specific role you're hiring for and select the country where the position is based.

  • SupportFinity's database encompasses over 50,000 job titles in more than 200 countries worldwide, providing comprehensive data for your hiring decisions.

💡 If you only search by country, you will be presented with insights on popular and rising job titles.

Step 3: Choose Work Arrangement

  • You'll have the option to specify whether you are interested in salary information for an "Employee" or a "Contractor" role. This categorization ensures the results align with your company's hiring requirements.

Step 4: Explore Salary Estimations

  • The salary estimation will now appear based on your chosen criteria.

  • To refine your search, utilize the filter options on the left. Specify experience levels, skills, and languages for a more accurate and personalized salary estimation.

Step 5: Adjust Salary Frequency

  • Choose the frequency – whether it's per hour, week, month, or year – to align with your hiring policies and budget considerations.
