This article will help you utilize AI for salary information and insights. Whether you are looking to hire a remote, on-site, or hybrid employees, we've got you covered.

Follow these steps to learn how to get salary suggestions:


Step 1: Visit SupportFinity.com

Step 2: Click on "Start with a Free Post"

  • On the SupportFinity homepage, locate the "Start with a Free Post" button and click on it. This action will direct you to the job posting page.

Step 3: Fill in the job information

On the job posting page, you'll need to provide detailed information about the job you want to post. Follow these sub-steps:

a. Add job title

  • Enter a descriptive job title that accurately represents the role you're hiring for.

Click on Job Title*

b. Add job description

  • You have two options here:

    • Manually write a job description.

    • Use our AI tool to generate a job description in either a formal or friendly tone.

Click on Job Description *

c. Specify required skills

  • After completing the previous steps in the job posting process, you can now specify the required skills for the job.

Click on Skills

d. Choose languages

  • Select the languages required for the job. You can choose one or more languages depending on your needs.

Click on Languages *

e. Select experience level

  • Specify the desired experience level for the candidates (e.g., Starter, Specialist, Advanced, Master).

Click on Starter (0-2 yrs)…

f. Specify the number of experts

  • Indicate how many experts you need for this job.

Click on Number of Experts

g. Select engagement

  • Choose between "Full Time" or "Part Time" engagement, and specify the number of hours per week.

Click on Engagement *

h. Optional: Choose the contract type

  • If applicable, you can specify whether candidates will be directly hired with your company or hired as contractors.

Click on Contract type

i. Choose workplace type

  • Select the workplace type from options such as "Remote," "On-site," or "Hybrid."

Step 4: Check Suggested Salary

  • Once you choose the "Workplace Type" you will be shown an option to choose the location of your job and either write the salary you want or check the suggested salary.

  • Remote salaries are different from other salaries as shown:

Click on Locations…
  • Onsite and hybrid jobs will need additional information to produce more accurate suggestions such as the country, city/state, and neighborhood.

Click on Suggested Salary…
  • If you are satisfied with the shown suggested salary, click on "Use it" so it can be added as the salary for the job, you can then choose to hide it from the check box "Hide Salary" right next to the salary box.

Click on Use it

Step 5: Click on "Post Job"

  • Once you have filled in all the necessary information, review the job posting details to ensure accuracy.

  • If everything looks good, click on the "Post Job" button.

Click on Post job

Step 6: Job Published

  • Congratulations! Your job posting has been successfully published on your company's account. Candidates can now view and apply for the job on Supportfinity's platform.
