Having the right salary information can make a world of difference in your career decisions. SupportFinity's feature, "Find Salaries," is here to help you know how much you should be paid. Let's walk through the steps together to make the most of this tool!

Step 1: Access the "Find Salaries" feature

  • Begin by accessing SupportFinity's platform. If you haven't registered yet, take a moment to create an account for a personalized experience.

  • Navigate to the dashboard, where you'll find the "Find Salaries" option. Click on it to initiate the process.

Step 2: Select Job Title and Country

  • In the "Find Salaries" section, you can search for jobs from a list of job titles.

  • Choose the specific job you're interested in and select your desired country from the provided options.

  • With over 50,000 jobs covered across 200+ countries, you're in for a thorough exploration.

💡 If you only search by country, you will be presented with popular and rising job titles.

Step 3: Choose Work Arrangement

  • Specify whether you're looking for information on salaries for an "Employee" or a "Contractor" role. This ensures you get data that aligns with your engagement nature.

Step 4: Refine Salary Estimations

  • The salary estimation will now appear based on your chosen criteria.

  • To refine your search, use the filters on the left. Specify your experience level, skills, and language preferences for a more accurate salary insight.

  • After choosing filters, the salaries are dynamically calculated to align with your selections.

Step 5: Adjust Salary Frequency

  • Choose your salary estimate by choosing the frequency – whether it's per hour, week, month, or year. This flexibility allows you to match the information with your specific preferences.

  • Once satisfied with your salary estimation, take it a step further by clicking on "Browse open options." This feature connects you with relevant job opportunities.
