How It Works
Step 1: Open a Candidate Profile
Go to your ATS dashboard and hover over any applicant profile.
Step 2: Start the Conversation
Click Options → Chat with Candidate.
Step 3: Send Your Message
Type your message and send it directly from SupportFinity.
What Happens Next?
The candidate receives an email notification from SupportFinity informing them that you’ve sent a message.
They can reply directly.
If both of you are online at the same time, you can chat in real time.
