How to Post a Job on SupportFinity

Adding a job on SupportFinity is simple, flexible, and supported by AI. You can create a job manually, generate it with AI, upload it from a file, customize the job description with your own prompt, and choose exactly where the job should be published.

This guide explains the full process.

Step 1: Start Creating the Job

Every job starts with basic information.

You can create a job in several ways:

Option 1: Enter the Job Manually

Type the job title and job details yourself.

Example:

“Senior Backend Engineer”

Option 2: Generate the Job With AI

Describe the role in the prompt area, and SupportFinity AI can help create the job title and job description for you.

Example:

“Create a job description for an enterprise AI sales leader in healthcare.”

You can customize the prompt at any time to make the job description more specific, detailed, senior, technical, or aligned with your company tone.

Option 3: Upload a Job From a File

You can upload an existing job description from a file, and SupportFinity will use it to help create the job posting.

This is useful if you already have a job description in a document and want to quickly turn it into a live job inside SupportFinity.

Option 4: Use the Magic Wand

Click the magic wand icon, and AI can instantly generate a relevant job title or job content for you.

Step 2: Fill in the Core Job Information

Next, complete the main job details.

This may include:

  • Job title

  • Job description

  • Job mode: remote, on-site, or hybrid

  • Location

  • Salary details

  • Employment type

  • Job requirements

Step 3: Configure Salary Settings

You can choose whether to display the salary publicly or keep it private.

If you choose to display the salary, you can enter the salary range manually. If the role matches SupportFinity’s salary database, the Salary Calculator may suggest a market-aligned range.

This helps you create more competitive and transparent job postings.

Step 4: Add Custom Fields

SupportFinity allows you to add custom fields to your application form.

You can request additional information such as:

  • Portfolio links

  • Certifications

  • Availability

  • Industry-specific experience

  • Required skills

  • Any custom requirement

This helps you collect the right information from applicants before they enter the hiring pipeline.

Step 5: Configure Team, Pipeline, and Screening

In the configuration section, you can:

  • Assign hiring team members

  • Set up pipeline stages

  • Add screening questions

  • Customize workflow settings

Screening questions help you filter applicants before they move deeper into your hiring process.

Step 6: Set the Job Expiration Date

By default, jobs posted on SupportFinity expire after two months.

You can customize the expiration date during the publishing process or update it later if needed.

This gives you full control over how long the job remains active.

Step 7: Choose Where the Job Should Be Listed

Every job can be published based on your preferred visibility settings.

You can choose to list the job on:

  • Your company careers page

  • SupportFinity’s job board

  • Job boards that are partnered with SupportFinity

  • Other selected distribution channels available through SupportFinity

This allows you to distribute jobs widely without manually reposting them across multiple platforms.

Confidential Jobs

You can also mark a job as confidential.

If a job is confidential, it will not be listed on your company website, SupportFinity’s job board, or any partner job boards.

This is useful when you are hiring for sensitive roles, replacement roles, executive positions, or any role that should not be publicly visible.

Step 8: Preview the Application Form

Before publishing, you can preview the candidate application form.

You can review how the job appears on desktop and mobile to make sure the candidate experience is clear and professional.

Step 9: Publish the Job

Once everything is ready, click Publish.

Your job will go live based on the visibility and distribution settings you selected.
