Any candidate profile in SupportFinity can be exported as a PDF. You can either download the PDF or send it directly by email as an attachment.
How to Export a Candidate Profile
Open the profile you want to export.
Click the More button.
Select Export Candidate.
Choose any fields you want to redact from the exported profile.
Select your preferred PDF layout:
Single column
Two columns
Choose how you want to export the profile:
Download PDF
Send by Email
Downloading the Profile as a PDF
If you select Download PDF, click Export and the PDF download will begin automatically.
Sending the Profile by Email
If you select Email, enter:
The recipient’s email address
Email subject
Email body
The candidate profile will be attached to the email automatically.
You can also use the Magic Wand to generate the email content for you without writing a prompt. This is especially useful when creating candidate introduction emails for customers or hiring managers.
Once everything looks right, send the email directly from SupportFinity.
