How to Import People Data
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Import
Go to People
Click My Company
Select Import People
Step 2: Upload Your Files
Choose the folder containing your resumes or candidate files
Upload them to SupportFinity
Step 3: AI Processing
Genie will analyze your files
You will see an estimated time required for processing
Step 4: Confirmation
Once the import is complete, you will receive an email confirmation
The email will include the total number of successfully imported profiles
Step 5: View Imported Profiles
All imported profiles will appear in your Company Database
The data source will be clearly marked as Imported
