Credits are the unit of usage for certain features in SupportFinity.
Credits are used when you perform actions that generate, unlock, download, or calculate certain data. Actions that only view or compare existing information do not use credits. Credits are usage based, not seat based.
Credits are consumed for the actions below:
Sourcing and unlocking people contacts from our worldwide people database
Buying, generating questions for assessments and sending Assessments
Some AI-powered features and other power features

Each subscription come with its subscription credits as in the following:
Early: 250 credits per month or 3,000 credits per year for yearly payments.
Pro: 1,000 credits per month or 12,000 credits per year for yearly payments.
Premium: 2,000 credits per month or 24,000 credits per year for yearly payments.
Subscription credits are reset at each renewal cycle with no roll-outs. Add-on credits never expire or get reset .If a user has subscription credits, they are used first to maximize value to users.
