How to Post a Job on SupportFinity

Posting a job on SupportFinity is designed to be simple, flexible, and fully guided. From generating a job title with AI to publishing across multiple job boards, the process helps you move from idea to live posting in just a few steps.

This guide explains the full process clearly and step by step.

Step 1: Start with the Job Title

Every job begins with a title.

You have three options:

Option 1: Enter It Manually

Type your job title directly (for example, “Senior Backend Engineer”).

Option 2: Generate It from a Prompt

Describe the role, and AI will create a job title for you.

Example:

“Create a job title for someone leading enterprise AI sales in healthcare.”

Option 3: Use the Magic Wand

Click the magic wand icon, and AI will instantly generate a relevant title — even without a detailed prompt.

This ensures your job title is clear and professionally structured.

Step 2: Fill in Core Job Information

Next, complete the main job details.

Job Mode

Select whether the role is:

  • Remote

  • On-site

  • Hybrid

Salary Settings

You can choose to:

  • Display the salary publicly

  • Keep the salary private

If you choose to display it:

  • Enter the salary range

  • If the role matches SupportFinity’s salary database, the Salary Calculator may suggest a market-aligned range

This helps you stay competitive and transparent.

Step 3: Add Custom Fields

SupportFinity allows you to add custom fields to your job posting.

You can request additional information such as:

  • Portfolio links

  • Certifications

  • Availability

  • Industry-specific experience/skills

  • Any custom requirement

This keeps your application process structured and aligned with your hiring needs.

Step 4: Configure Settings, Team & Pipeline

Click Next to move to the configuration section.

Here you can:

  • Assign hiring team members

  • Set up pipeline stages

  • Add screening questions

  • Customize job workflow settings

Screening Questions

You can include pre-screening questions to filter candidates before they enter your main pipeline.

Step 5: Set the Job Expiration Date

By default, every job posted on SupportFinity expires after two months.

However, the expiration date is fully customizable.

During the publishing process, you can:

  • Adjust the expiration date

  • Extend or shorten the posting period

You can also modify the expiration date later if needed.

This gives you full control over how long your job remains active.

Step 6: Preview the Application Form

Before publishing, you can preview how your job will appear to candidates.

You can view:

  • The desktop version

  • The mobile version

This ensures a clear and professional candidate experience.

Step 7: Integrate with Job Boards

SupportFinity integrates with multiple job boards.

You can select where you want your job to be published.

Every published job can appear on:

  • Your Career Page

  • The SupportFinity Job Board

  • Any external job boards you have selected

This allows you to distribute your job widely without manual reposting.

Confidential Jobs (Optional)

You can mark a job as Confidential at any time.

If a job is confidential:

  • It will not appear on your career page

  • It will appear as a confidential listing on the SupportFinity Job Board

This is useful for sensitive hiring situations.
