How to Authenticate SupportFinity with Microsoft Email Providers

If your organization uses Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365, your Microsoft Entra administrator may need to grant organization-level consent before users can connect their Microsoft email accounts to SupportFinity.

This authorization allows approved users within your organization to connect their Microsoft accounts and use SupportFinity features such as email campaigns and recruiting outreach.

Before You Start

You will need access to a Microsoft Entra administrator account that is authorized to grant application consent for your organization.

If you do not have administrator access, please send these instructions to your Microsoft 365 or IT administrator.

Steps to Grant Consent

  • Publisher information

  • Requested permissions

Make sure these details comply with your organization's security and IT policies.

4. Approve the Application

If the permissions are approved by your organization, select Accept to grant consent.

Microsoft will then authorize SupportFinity for your Microsoft Entra tenant.

5. Confirm SupportFinity Was Added

After consent is successfully completed, Microsoft should add SupportFinity as an Enterprise Application within your organization's Microsoft Entra tenant.

6. Verify SupportFinity in Microsoft Entra

Search for:

SupportFinity

  • The application is enabled.

  • The appropriate users or groups are permitted to access it.

  • Any organization-specific access policies have been configured appropriately.

Your users should then be able to return to SupportFinity and connect their Microsoft email accounts.
