How to Send Email From SupportFinity?

This article describes how you can send emails from your SupportFinity dashboard

Sending emails is an essential task to connect with candidates and external people. You can simply do so from your SupportFinity dashboard by integrating with your email service providers such as G Suite and Microsoft 365.

Here are the steps to do so.

1- Login to your SupportFinity account

2. Authorize access to your email

  • Click on your profile photo then select: Email and meetings

  • Select your email provider then select connect, make sure to select all permissions.

  • Now you have successfully connected your email, in the screenshot above a G-Suite email account has been successfully connected.
