Updated over 10 months ago

In this article, you can check what your company status means.

"In-Review" Status

  • This status happens after a user changes a company record or creates a new company record for the first time. If the company status is "In-Review," it indicates that the company's information is currently being reviewed by SupportFinity Quality team.

  • This status can take up to 24 hours to be updated once reviewed by SupportFinity Quality team.

"Active" Status

  • If the company status is "Active," it means that the company information has been successfully reviewed and meets SupportFinity review standards.

  • An active status allows the user to upgrade to a "Verified" status, which is the highest level of credibility a company can have.

"Verified" Status

  • If the company status is "Verified", it means that this company has provided a clear evidence to SupportFinity Quality team. Achieving Verified status is maintained yearly via a special subscription, verified companies attract more candidates than "Active" companies.

"Unverified" Status

  • If the company status is "Unverified," it means that the company information has not yet met the platform's verification criteria.

💡 Users with an unverified status will have the ability to view the reason for the status.

Potential reasons for an unverified status:

  1. Inconsistent or unclear company address

    • The provided company address is either inconsistent or unclear, affecting the verification process.

  2. Your company bio is truncated.

    • The company bio is not fully provided or is truncated, hindering a comprehensive understanding of the company.

  3. Your company Industry is not clear

    • The stated company industry is not clearly defined, leading to ambiguity in classification.

  4. Company bio can’t contain links or emails

    • Your company bio might contain links or emails, and this might be a reason for an unverified status.

  5. You are not using a real company email address

    • An authentic company email is not being used for registration, impacting the verification process.

  6. Your company industry is not allowed

    • The specified company industry is not allowed on the platform, leading to an unverified status.

  7. The company logo needs to be changed

    • The company logo provided does not meet the platform's requirements, necessitating a change.

  8. Your company email does not match with your company name

    • The mismatch between the company email and name of the company leads to an unverified status.

💡 Your status will only change if you take action regarding the above reasons, until then, your status will remain unchanged.
