Step 1: Log in to your company's profile
Once you log in, you will see your company's profile and can click on it.
Step 2: Find your "Company Profile"
It can be accessed directly from your dashboard or from Settings->Company profile.
Step 3: Click on "Edit company"
Click on the three dots beside your company's name, and then choose "Edit your company".
Step 4: Update your company profile
You will be redirected to a page that contains all your company's information, you can edit them however you like, and then scroll down and click "Save" and all your changes will be successfully applied.
š”Once you update your company record, your company status will be In Review. Our compliance team will review your changes for compliance and data quality purposes. In a few minutes, it will be back to Active. This will not interrupt your usage or access to SupportFinity.
