Adding Tags

In this article, we will help you streamline your hiring process by adding tags to candidates on your job posts.

1. Login to your account

  • Go to SupportFinity's platform and log in with your credentials.

2. Click on "Posts"

  • Look for the "Posts" tab on the main navigation menu. Click on it to access a list of available job posts.

Click on Posts

3. Select the desired job post

  • From the list of job posts, locate and click on the specific job post where you want to add tags to a candidate.

Click on Ended…

4. Click on "Add tag"

  • Once on the candidate's profile, look for the button labeled "Add Tags".

Click on + Add tag


5. Add the tags

  • Click on "Add Tags" to open a field where you can input relevant tags or labels associated with the candidate. Enter the tags that best describe the candidate's skills, experience, or any pertinent information.

Click on good profile

💡Once the tags are added, they will be integrated into the candidate's profile and shared with the entire hiring team associated with that specific job post.
