Managing Your Payment Cards in SupportFinity

This guide explains how to:

  • Add a new payment card

  • Change your payment card

  • Set a default card

  • Remove old cards

Follow the steps below to manage your payment methods easily.


Adding a Payment Card (First Time)

If you are adding a payment card for the first time:

  1. Go to Payment Method in your account settings

  2. Click Add Card

  3. Enter your card details

  4. Save

Your card will automatically be set as the default payment method if it is the only card on your account.


Adding an Additional Card

If you already have a card and want to add another one:

  1. Go to Payment Method

  2. Click Add Card

  3. Enter the new card details

  4. Save

The new card will be added to your account, but your current default card will remain unchanged until you update it.


Changing Your Default Payment Card

If you want to switch to a different card:

Step 1: Add the New Card

First, add the new card using the steps above.

Step 2: Set the New Card as Default

After adding it:

  1. Locate the new card in your Payment Method section

  2. Click Make Default

The system requires one card to always be set as the default payment method.


Deleting a Card

Once your new card is set as default:

  1. Locate the old card

  2. Click Delete

Important:

  • You must have at least one default card on your account.

  • A default card cannot be deleted unless another card is set as default first.


Key Rules to Remember

  • You can have multiple cards saved.

  • Only one card can be the default payment method.

  • To replace a card, you must:

    1. Add the new card

    2. Set it as default

    3. Then delete the old one
