How Campaigns Work?

The Campaigns Engine in SupportFinity allows you to create and manage automated outreach campaigns for any open role using contacts directly from our People Database.

With campaigns, you can:

  • Reach candidates in structured, multi-step sequences

  • Track engagement and intent signals

  • Focus on the most interested and responsive talent

  • Monitor performance in real time


What Is a Campaign?

A campaign is a multi-step outreach sequence designed to engage candidates for a specific role.

Each campaign includes:

  • Multiple touchpoints (emails or messages)

  • Custom wait times between touchpoints

  • AI-generated content (optional for each step)

  • Mailbox selection per step

  • Engagement tracking and analytics


How Campaigns Work

  1. You create a campaign for a specific role.

  2. You design multiple touchpoints (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, etc.).

  3. You define wait times between each step.

  4. Candidates are added to the campaign.

  5. SupportFinity tracks activity such as:

    • Email opens

    • Replies

    • Clicks

    • Engagement signals

  6. You focus follow-ups on the most interested candidates.


How to Create a New Campaign

Follow these steps to launch a new campaign:

Step 1: Navigate to Campaigns

  • Go to Campaigns

  • Click Add New Campaign

Step 2: Configure Basic Settings

  • Enter a Campaign Title

  • Select the appropriate Sending Time Zone

Step 3: Set Up Touchpoints

  • Add your outreach steps (emails or messages)

  • Define wait times between each touchpoint

  • Optionally generate content using AI for each step

  • Select a mailbox for each touchpoint (you can use different mailboxes per step)

Step 4: Activate the Campaign

  • Save your campaign

  • Click Activate

Step 5: Add Candidates

  • Add candidates directly from the People Database

  • Monitor email delivery and replies

  • Track engagement and intent signals


Monitoring Campaign Performance

To view campaign results:

  1. Go to the Analytics tab

  2. Review key performance metrics such as:

    • Open rates

    • Reply rates

    • Engagement signals

    • Overall campaign effectiveness

This allows you to optimize messaging, timing, and targeting to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Personalize first touchpoints for higher response rates

  • Use AI to refine messaging for different roles

  • Adjust wait times based on candidate behavior

  • Monitor analytics regularly to improve performance
