LinkedIn Recruiter integrates seamlessly with SupportFinity ATS through job wrapping, allowing candidates to be routed directly into SupportFinity’s system. Follow these steps to leverage this integration effectively.
Step 1: Ensure Your LinkedIn Recruiter and SupportFinity Integration is Set Up
Verify LinkedIn Recruiter Access: Ensure you have an active LinkedIn Recruiter account with admin permissions to manage job postings and integrations.
Confirm SupportFinity as Your ATS: SupportFinity must be listed as one of the supported ATS platforms within your LinkedIn Recruiter settings.
Enable Job Wrapping: Contact LinkedIn’s support team to enable job wrapping for your organization, ensuring your job postings on SupportFinity sync automatically to LinkedIn.
Make sure to select SupportFinity in ATS field and " My job posting source does not support tracking" as in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Post a Job in SupportFinity
Log in to SupportFinity.
Navigate to the Job Posting Section.
Create a New Job Posting: Enter all relevant job details, including title, description, location, and requirements.
Set Up Job Distribution: Choose LinkedIn integration from the job boards list so that the job can be wrapped and appear in LinkedIn’s job search results.
Publish the Job: Once published, the job will automatically be pulled into LinkedIn through job wrapping (Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the job to be viewable on LinkedIn).

Update Job Status: When a position is filled or closed in SupportFinity, LinkedIn’s job wrapping will reflect these changes automatically.
