Connect Your LinkedIn Company Page to SupportFinity

Linking your company's LinkedIn page with SupportFinity allows you to automatically share your all SupportFinity posts on LinkedIn.

Follow these simple steps to connect your LinkedIn page to SupportFinity:

Step 1: Setup your LinkedIn company profile if you don't have one

  • Go to the LinkedIn website and create a company page if you don't have one.

💡 If you haven't already set up your company's LinkedIn page, follow the prompts to create and complete your company profile. Ensure that all necessary company details are filled-in accurately.

Step 2: Get your LinkedIn company ID

💡If you are the admin of the company page on LinkedIn, follow these steps to get your company ID.

  1. Once logged in, go to your company's LinkedIn page.

  2. Look at the URL of your company page. The Company ID is the number that appears after "/company/", this appears to company Admins only.

  3. For example, if the URL is https://www.linkedin.com/company/12345678/, then your Company ID is 12345678.

💡If you are not the admin of the company page on LinkedIn, follow these steps to get your company ID.

  1. Go to LinkedIn search bar and type your company name.

  2. Locate your company ID from the link as in the screen shot.

Step 3: Add your company ID to SupportFinity

You can connect your LinkedIn company ID to SupportFinity in two ways.

Method one

  1. Go to Company settings->Integrations->Job Boards

  2. Add your company ID in LinkedIn box and click Connect

Or

Method two

  1. Click on Add New Job Post from your dashboard

  2. In the Hiring plan section, you can select to post the job to LinkedIn, as in the screen shot below

3. Enter your LinkedIn company ID, then click Connect

💡 When you add or change your LinkedIn company ID, your SupportFinity's company record will be " In Review"; It means that our compliance team will need to verify that your company record on SupportFinity is connected to the correct LinkedIn ID.

Your company will be "In-Review" status for around two hours till reviewed by our compliance team.

Make sure to enter the correct LinkedIn company ID to avoid any disruptions to your company record on SupportFinity.
