You can now select a customized hiring pipeline for each job post easily! Let's tell you how.
Step 1: Log in to your company's account
Begin by logging in to your company's SupportFinity account using your credentials.
Step 2: Access job posts
Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard on the left-hand side of the screen. From the menu, select "Job Posts"
Step 3: Select your active job post
Select the job post you want to change its hiring pipeline.
Step 4: Click on the drop-down menu
Once you select your job post, click on the drop-down menu and select "Change pipeline"
Step 5: Choose your hiring pipeline
You can choose from your list of pipelines the suitable pipeline for this job and then click "Save"
Once you save your changes, you will be able to see your new pipeline in the post.
💡 If you choose a new pipeline, a warning pop-up message will usually show up on your screen. This is to warn you that all the applicants on different stages of the old pipeline will automatically be moved back to the "Applied" stage.
