How to Become a Partner if I am an Existing Customer

Learn how existing SupportFinity customers can easily become partners, access tools, and start earning through the partner dashboard.

If you’re already using SupportFinity and want to join our growing ecosystem of partners, the process is simple and designed to get you up and running quickly. Here’s how to get started:


✅ Steps to Become a Partner

  1. Go to Your Dashboard
    Log in to your SupportFinity account.

  2. Click Your Company Logo
    On the lower-left side of your dashboard, click your company logo (as shown in the screenshot).

  3. Request to become a partner
    From the dropdown menu, click “Become a partner.” Then click on "Request to Join" on the main page as in the screenshot below

  4. Complete the Partner Request Form
    Fill in your details and submit the request form as in the screenshot

  5. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request. Once approved, you’ll be notified via email.

  6. Become a Partner

    Once approved, you will be able to switch between your partner and customer dashboards as in the screenshot below.


🎉 What Happens After Approval?

Once you’re approved as a partner:

  • You’ll gain access to your Partner Dashboard, where you can:

    • Monitor referrals and payouts

    • Get access to partner-only resources

    • Use your referral link and discount code

  • You’ll also gain access to a Demo Sandbox, a complete image of the SupportFinity platform you can use for:

    • Demonstrations

    • Training

    • Practice scenarios

You can switch between your Customer Dashboard and Partner Dashboard from the same location (bottom left of your screen) whenever needed.
