Step 1: Log in to your SupportFinity account
Start by logging in to your SupportFinity account using your credentials.
Step 2: Access notification settings
After logging in, click on the drop-down menu located next to your profile name.
Step 3: Choose notification settings
From the dropdown menu, select "Notification Settings."
Step 4: Toggle notifications on or off
On the Notification Settings page, you can customize your notification preferences.
