Welcome to SupportFinity! In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating an account on our platform.

Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Click on "Sign Up"

  • Visit Supportfinity's platform and locate the "Sign Up" button. Click on it to initiate the account creation process.

Step 2: Choose your sign-up method

  • You have three options for signing up:

    • Google: Sign up using your Google account.

    • LinkedIn: Sign up using your LinkedIn account.

    • Email: Choose to sign up with your email account.

Step 3: Join as a "Job Seeker"

  • After choosing your sign-up method, select the option to join Supportfinity as a "Job Seeker."

Step 4: Create your account

  • You'll be redirected to a page where you need to provide the necessary information to create your account. This typically includes:

    • Your Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Password

Step 5: Verify your email address

  • After entering your information, a verification code will be sent to the email address you used to sign up. Check your inbox, retrieve the code, and enter it to verify your email address.

Step 6: Add your profile information

  • Once your email is verified, you'll be redirected to a page where you can add more details to your account. This may include:

    • Uploading your CV or resume

    • Adding your skills

    • Providing your job title

    • Specifying the languages you are proficient in

    • Entering your phone number

    • Any other relevant information

  • After entering the required information, you can click on "Review Summary" to see a summary of the information you've provided.

Step 8: Profile summary

  • Your profile summary will typically be divided into three sections:

    • Basic Information: Includes your name, job title, phone number, etc.

    • Skills and Experience: List your skills and any previous work experience.

    • Resume and Links: Displays your uploaded CV or resume and any relevant links.

Step 9: Save your profile

  • If you are satisfied with the information in your profile summary, click the "Save Profile" or similar button to finalize your account setup.

Step 10: Start exploring job openings

  • Congratulations! Your account is now created, and you can start searching for job openings on the Supportfinity platform. You can browse, apply to jobs, and manage your profile for free.
